Settings and team collaboration

Providers, models, extension pace and integrations belong to the workspace. Appearance and interface language are personal preferences. Some settings can only be changed by the owner or a manager.

Open Settings → Members. Used seats and the current limit come from your workspace configuration.

1. Choose Invite member, enter the correct email and confirm.
2. Existing accounts join immediately. New users have a pending invitation until their first sign-in.
3. Check members and pending invitations. Cancel an incorrect invitation or remove someone who no longer needs access.

Light, dark or system appearance applies immediately in this browser. Switching interface language changes labels and guidance between Vietnamese and English; book languages stay unchanged.

1. Open Appearance to choose a mode suited to your reading environment.
2. Open Interface language to change the application language.
3. Open privacy choices in Settings to review or change your current consent choices.

Open Profile to set or change a sign-in password for your existing account. Usage history shows usage and costs. Plans & billing shows current capabilities, terms and account-specific options.
